Join us every Monday and Thursday 7pm from the comfort of your own home. Monday's workout focuses on body weight exercises. On Thursday class is a mix of Stretch, Pilates and light stability core work.
Your center is the most important part of your being. Core exercises train the muscles located in your lower back, pelvis, hips and abdomen. Strengthening your core leads to better balance and stability.
